The team has carefully created a menu inspired by the Tuscany region that uses seasonal products, homemade pasta and fresh seafood. Menu highlights include the fantastic antipasti (think grilled Tasmania octopus, perfectly creamy burrata and freshly baked focaccia); starters such as fresh oysters and arancini dipped in truffle aioli; and delicious pasta mains along the lines of vodka conchiglie served with pancetta and taleggio, and nduja orecchiette topped with leek, casalinga sausage and fennel seeds.
