Woodland Studio and Farm offers boutique farm-stay accommodation for two to four people on a gorgeous tree-studded farm in the NSW Southern Highlands – perfect for families or couples seeking a rural retreat.

Woodland Studio is a beautifully refurbished farm building with vaulted ceilings, skylight and rural vistas from every room. Outside there are ten hectares to explore. Meet and feed alpacas Albert and Archie, and their flock of Suffolk Sheep led by the very friendly Felix.

Guests can also learn about the bees or explore the farm paddocks, hobby orchard and vegetable patch. Grab a bottle of local cool climate wine, and some treats from local providores and head to the bocce court for a late afternoon game under the festoon lights then retreat to the Studio for a cosy night in playing whichever board game takes your fancy.

Perfectly located to explore the historic village of Exeter only 3kms, local vineyards and nearby Moss Vale, Berrima, Bundanoon and Bowral with renowned food, wine, shops, galleries, bushwalking and cycling nearby.

Small dogs are welcome too – the Studio has a private fenced backyard. Continental breakfast goodies or a voucher to nearby Exeter General Store is provided.

Exeter is only 150 kilometres from Sydney and Canberra is less than two hours drive by car.
