The Hydrant Food Hall is a leading café destination located within a heritage laneway in the Central Business District of Ballarat, an easy seven-minute walk from the train station.
Surrounded by lush greenery, polished concrete, unique warehouse brick and an original Grinnell sprinkler system, the warehouse holds its own history and will have you wondering where to look next.
Enjoy dining in a vibrant, yet relaxed atmosphere, serving an innovative seasonal menu and aromatic house roasted coffee by day, and private functions by night, under the festoon lighting.
