Operation information

Bills Boat Hire and Tours – Caloundra

No boat licence is required, it is simply hire and drive, as all the information on your destination, is shared with you on arrival. This simply means you can cruise at your own pace, you can land on the Island as your heart desires and really take your time to explore.

You have the opportunity to hire any of the watercraft, ranging from BBQ pontoon boats, half cabin, double or single kayaks or paddle boards for your own self guided tour. This allows you to explore the Pumicestone Passage and visit the fourth largest sand island in the world – Bribie Island or Yirrin, Yarin as known by the Traditional Custodians.

All the hard work is done, simply arrive with your food and drinks and relax on the boat with comfy loungeroom style seating. Your vessel will be on the beach and ready for to get behind the wheel and drive away into your piece of paradise.

You will be shown operation of the vessel and special locations to visit. By the time you depart, you will feel confident and ready to explore, it is that easy! If hiring a kayak or stand up paddle board, a brief lesson is freely given. Land-based activities include the novelty four-wheeler surrey bikes riding the coastal pathway along Golden Beach.
