The Offroad Tradies is an Adventure and 4WD tagalong tour business. Their tours range from one day local tours around Mildura in the Murray Sunset National Park, a five day Darling/Baaka River tour right through to the 18-night tour of the Cape leaving from Cairns.
Offroad Tradies tours cater for all levels of adventures from the beginner with no experience to the accomplished 4WDer, there is a tour to suit everyone. You can choose from their basic level tours through Gold tours where you will get the full royal treatment.
At the Offroad Tradies, they take all the worry and organising out of the tour for you, they organise all the National Park passes, ferry passes, accommodation fees and locations. They also cater to all your main meals, breakfast, lunch and dinner are all supplied. All you need to do is book your place on the tour you like and turn up on the day of departure with your vehicle, chair, sleeping arrangement (swag (also available for hire), tent, camper etc.), drinks, nibbles and your sense of adventure and fun.

VIC/SA Border Track Tour
A great one for the family. Want a perfect little get away to introduce the family to camping and 4WDing this is the tour for you. This three-four day tour departs from Mildura, follows the Murray River to the border and then takes you through Murray Sunset National Park, Ngarkat Conservation Park, the Little and Big Deserts along the VIC/SA border. This tour is fully catered and runs in the Winter months. Suitable for swags, tents and RTT’s, experienced 4WDer’s may use camper trailers.
Desert to Dunes Tour
A favourite long weekend trip among families, The Desert to Dunes.
The four-five day tour departs from Ouyen, VIC, making its way through the Mallee, Pink Lakes, some of the Big Desert and its famous dunes, sections of the Border Track, and onto Kingston, SA; before taking to the beaches and sand dunes in Little Dip Conservation Park and finishing in Beach Port, SA. Lots of 4WDing action. Great for families, singles, and couples. Finishing with some exploring around Mt Gambier in South Australia including famous sinkholes and caves.
This tour is fully catered and suitable for swags/tents/RTTs, and camper trailers with experienced 4WDers.
Victorian High Country – Base Camp

Set up and camp at the one location for five nights. Each day enjoy a return loop through different sections of the High Country.
Victorian High Country – The signature
Leaving from Mansfield, Vic we head into the Victorian High country and Alpine region. For this tour they recommend drivers have some 4WDing experience; as there are numerous steep hill climbs and descents and creek crossings. They are there to guide, and support along the way and tracks start easier to build confidence and ability before hitting the harder stuff later in the tour. Camping on top of a mountain or beside a running creek it doesn’t get much better. Some tracks include the well-known Billy Goat Track, Collingwood Track, and Crooked Creek Track. Visit townships like Dargo and Omeo, Craig’s Hut, Bluff Hut, and more.
Victorian High Country – Two Day Experience
Leaving from Mansfield, VIC they head into the Victorian High country and Alpine region. This tour has been designed with beginner/novice 4WDers and campers in mind. It will take you to some amazing easy to get to places with fabulous views and even better camping. The 4Wding will be limited and well suited to entry-level guests, you will get to try some easy tracks with some small climbs and a couple of low-level river crossings. You visit a few of the more popular high country huts and a stunning waterfall. Leaving mid-afternoon on a Friday and returning early afternoon on a Sunday, leaving enough time to get home for work on Monday.
