This unique property is an earth-covered dwelling built from local timber found and milled on-site and built into the landscape. Using the thermal mass of the earth, it is naturally air-conditioned with a constant temperature of 21 degrees.
With three bedrooms and one-and-a-half bathrooms, this property will accommodate up to five guests. The house is fully self contained and has spacious living and dining areas.
This house is not suitable for children and infants as there are significant fall from heights hazards, unfenced water nearby.
In the cooler part of the year, you will enjoy the inside woodfire heating.
