The Red Decker city loop tour is the official sightseeing tour of Hobart, featuring the city’s best sights and attractions. Use your 48-hour ticket to do the 90-minute city loop tour or hop on and hop off as many times as you like as you explore Hobart for the duration of your ticket.

Whilst sitting on the top deck, enjoy the unrivalled views of this beautiful city, including local landmarks such as the River Derwent, Tasman Bridge and Mt Wellington as well as an abundance of colonial architecture and city streetscapes.

The City Loop operates between 20 popular locations including the MONA ferry terminal at Brooke Street Pier, Salamanca Place, Battery Point, Wrest Point Casino, Sandy Bay Village, Cascade Brewery, Cascades Female Factory, Hobart Central Business District, Tasmanian Museum and Art Gallery, Maritime Museum of Tasmania, Hobart Convict Penitentiary, Hobart Aquatic Centre, The Royal Tasmanian Botanical Gardens and Victoria Dock.

Professional and informative commentary is available in eight languages including English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Mandarin and Spanish.

Your ticket is valid for 48 hours from the time you first board. Red Decker operates seven days a week, closed Christmas day.

The first departure is from the bus stop outside the Tasmanian Travel and Information Centre. Open-top double-decker buses are fully wheelchair accessible.
