Albany Tours is the premier, land-based tour provider on the south coast of Western Australia in the Great Southern sub-region of Australia’s South West. They deliver quality small-group tour experiences in Albany, Denmark, and Mount Barker.
They offer a variety of day-and half-day tours around Albany and to Denmark, and Mount Barker. Tours depart daily and take you to the ‘must see’ locations and include the natural, historic and food and wine icons of the region.

Tasting Delicious Denmark Western Australia
This is more than just a food and wine tour! Take in the cathedral of towering karri trees as you travel through lush bushland to hidden venues.
Start with wine tasting at the renowned cellar door of The Lake House Denmark. Flavour sensations are explored at Duckett’s Mill where an array of cheeses, cured meats, and condiments is presented in a mouth-watering shared platter lunch. Wines are available for tasting and purchase.
At Rockcliffe Wines cellar door taste their extensive range of wine. Honey, the work of bees is savoured at Bartholomew’s Meadery, where you’ll also have a dessert of ice cream. Then visit a chocolatier to take home a treat with which to reminisce.
Albany Tours visits the Great Southern Wine Appellation where you’ll step up to the tasting bench ahead of others.

Albany's History and Highlights
The history of Albany and the Great Southern is revealed in stories on this tour. From the Albany Visitor Centre travel along Marine Drive with a view of King George Sound, to the National ANZAC Centre.
The interactive displays will take you on an intimate journey of a participant in the war. Travel the Avenue of Honour, which leads to the Memorial of the Desert Mounted Corps and Padre White Lookout.
Take in the view that the departing ANZAC Troops had before they sailed onwards to war, for some of them, the last vision of their homeland. See Breaksea and Michaelmus Islands, and the lighthouse.
Journeying into the city centre, past the oldest farm in Western Australia and visit one of the earliest homes in Western Australia at Patrick Taylor Cottage.
The tour includes morning tea/coffee and scones, jam and cream.

Granite Skywalk Porongurups
The Granite Skywalk Porongurups tour is for those who like the outdoors and have moderate fitness for walking and climbing. The highlights of this tour are the new Granite Skywalk on Castle Rock and a delicious lunch at a Plantagenet Winery.
Discover the spectacular scenery and wines of the Porongurups and Mount Barker regions. Reaching the spectacular views at the summit requires a final short scramble over granite rocks and a climb up an enclosed ladder to the Granite Skywalk.

Albany's Whale Story
