It has an unconventional layout with 3 bedrooms, the first bedroom (off the living room) with a King bed, the second bedroom with a Queen Bed and a third bedroom separated by a veranda to the main house, which contains 2 sets of bunk beds with a television which is ideal for the kids to have their own space.

The property has a well-appointed galley style kitchen and dining area which leads to the deck with a Weber Barbecue to show off your outdoor cooking skills. Enjoy outdoor dining, read a book or sip an afternoon cocktail, all to be enjoyed with a spectacular view of Main Beach.

The house is just a short walk down to Main Beach, the South Gorge and Frenchman’s Beach for a surf or swim or go on the beautiful scenic walk around the Point Lookout headland

One street away you’ll find a fabulous stretch of cafes and shops for your convenience, including the spectacular Gelati shop, Fish and Chippery, Bakery, The Green Room Organic Grocer and the Blue Room cafe.
