The Gelato Messina Marrickville HQ is the gelaterias’ answer to a home base. Both retail store and production headquarters, here you’ll find all 40 gelato flavours – 35 signature and five rotating specials – in addition to gelato cakes and take-home desserts, shakes, merch, bottles of its jersey milk and heaps more. It’s also a fully-fledged chocolate shop, with gift boxes and pick-and-mix treats ready to go.

Adjoining the store, is the Messina production facility, encased in floor-to-ceiling glass. From the outside, watch chefs make gelato, gelato cakes, chocolate bars and all the baked goods that get added into their creative gelato flavours.
