A harmonious blend of classic European elegance and Australian charm, Aloria is an exquisite rooftop dining experience on The Star Brisbane’s Sky Deck, 100 metres above the city below. Boasting enviable sunset views over the river and Mt Coot-tha, it’s elegant and grand, yet welcoming and approachable.
Carefully selected local seasonal produce combined with time-honoured woodfire and grill techniques let the quality of the produce shine, while dry-aged beef and succulent seafood are the stars of the show.
Aloria’s beverage offering further ups the ante as the official ‘cellar in the sky’, featuring highly curated, world classics and the best of Australia.
Join in for lunch, dinner, or sunset cocktails and snacks at the bar. Aloria is located on Level 23 of The Star Brisbane – book in advance to enter via the VIP entrance to the right of The Star Grand Hotel entrance.
