Hunter Valley Food & Wine Weekend
The Hunter Valley – Australia’s oldest wine region – is fast becoming one of its most interesting.
Alongside icons like Tyrrell’s Vat 1 and Lake’s Folly Cabernets, there’s a bunch of young guns doing very exciting things with food and wine.
From dinner Friday to late Sunday afternoon, we’ll go behind-the-scenes to explore the most exciting food and wine in the Valley and off-the-beaten path to discover its most beautiful corners.
Meet winemakers, taste from barrel and eat in some of the Hunter’s most exciting restaurants.
Tour price includes:
– Accommodation: in spacious, newly-renovated rooms in the heart of Pokolbin, including breakfast;

This exclusive truffle hunting food and wine weekend kicks off with lunch at Vale Creek Wines followed by a tour and guided tasting at Renzaglia Wines with winemakers Sam & Mark Renzaglia. It includes a truffle dinner at Matt Moran’s Rockley Hotel, truffle hunt at Fish River Truffles, and lunch at the outstanding farm-to-plate restaurant Megalong Lot101.
