The brainchild of husband and wife team Ryan Gregory and Carla Arevalo, Andaluz draws its inspiration from years of travel, research, hospitality experience from around the world and a dash of Spanish heritage. The result is a contemporary-style tapas bar that is both intimate and eclectic, mingling cosy antique leather lounges with beautiful soft furnishings.

In the kitchen, you’ll find their Head Chef Rick Welch and his team preparing an uncompromising array of traditional and modern dishes designed to be shared and enjoyed with friends, while on the floor a passionate group of bar and wait staff serve up a diverse list of international wines, beers and classic and contemporary cocktails.
