Aplite House sits amongst 200 acres of secluded forest surrounded by the world renowned Freycinet National Park. Home to creatures including the Tasmanian devil, wombat, echidna, quoll, wedge tailed eagle, tawny frogmouth and many more.
Overlooking Moulting Lagoon Conservation Area and neighbouring the remarkable and pristine Friendly Beaches, it is a sanctuary in the heart of one of Australia’s iconic landscapes.
Conveniently located on the Great Eastern Drive, between Coles Bay and Bicheno at Friendly Beaches, it is a short drive to Friendly Beaches, Wineglass Bay bushwalk, Cape Tourville Lighthouse, the East Coast vineyards and many more activities within the region.
Architecturally designed by Hobart firm ‘Dock 4’ and complimented by works from Tasmanian artists.

Aplite House has two queen size bedrooms with ensuites. The house sleeps a maximum of four. It sits amongst 200 acres of secluded forest surrounded by the world renowned Freycinet National Park. Home to creatures including the Tasmanian devil, wombat, echidna, quoll, wedge tailed eagle, tawny frogmouth and many more.
