Aqua Villa Holiday Apartments offer fully self-contained units with a variety of sizes and sleeping arrangements to accommodate guests’ needs. The property features an inground pool with a shallow wading area for very young children, a games room equipped with a pool table and table tennis, and a barbeque area capable of seating up to 8 people. Each unit comes with off-street parking.
Conveniently located less than a two-minute walk from Park Beach Plaza, guests have easy access to a range of restaurants, grocery stores, and other essential services. Resident managers, who reside onsite, are available to assist with most guest needs whenever possible.

Town House Two Bedroom
Two Storey Town House with two bedrooms upstairs and upstairs bathroom with separate toilet. Second toilet downstairs, Lounge/dining, kitchen, laundry with washing machine. All town houses have built in robes. Queen bed in one room and two single beds in second room. Some Town Houses have a queen bed in one room and one double bed in the second room.
Wheel Chair Friendly Unit
This is a ground floor unit with wheelchair access and a extra-large bathroom with roll in shower. It has an extra wide hallway for wheelchairs and this unit also has full size appliances and a dish washer. The parking space for this unit is right outside the door and is a larger than normal space.
The unit has a queen bed in one room and two single beds in the second bedroom.
Garden Villa 2 Bedroom
This two Bedroom Garden Villa has one queen bed in the first bedroom and a double bed in the second bedroom. It has a lounge/dining and kitchen with a separate bathroom with shower/vanity and washing machine and separate toilet.
