Archer Brewing is a proudly independent Brisbane brewery, just 4km from the CBD in Wilston. Housed in a striking twin-arched old World War 2 Aircraft Hangar, it’s home to their vibrant two-level brewpub, where all beers and ciders are brewed on-site using 100 percent Australian ingredients—the only brewery in Australia to do so.

Their core range includes a Mid Lager, Rice Lager, Pale Ale, IPA, Apple Cider, and Ginger Beer, all designed to please every palate from easy drinkers to craft connoisseurs. Behind the bar, you’ll find a constantly rotating lineup of seasonal and one-off brews—think Passionfruit XPA, Nitro Velvet Porter, and Strawberries and Cream Ale.

They don’t just stop at beer—their drinks list champions Australian wine, spirits, and cocktails, with a rotating shelf of local gins and fresh pairings.

Their kitchen serves a bold menu of pub classics, burgers, share plates, and daily specials, Sunday Roast—made with local ingredients wherever possible. Expect mouthwatering burgers, birria Tacos, halloumi fries, burrito bowls, and more.

Just 300 metres from Wilston train station, with ample parking and easy access to major roads, Archer is perfect for casual drinks, date nights, or large functions. Grab a pint, find a seat, and enjoy the in-flight service—we’re cleared for good times.
