Boasting Sea views, ARIA-Villa By the Sea is a 2 Story, 4 Bedroom, spacious modern Villa, private and secure on the Seaside Emu Bay Estate. Clean and Green, Solar Panels. The air-conditioned accommodation is less than 700 m from Emu Bay Beach, private parking on site and free WiFi. Surrounded by a Green Reserve, on 3 sides, semi rural setting but easy walking distance to the beach. Fish off the Emu Bay jetty or Beach.
The villa is fitted with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, bed linen & towels supplied, a flat-screen TV’s with satellite channels, dining area, a fully equipped kitchen.
Emu Bay voted in Top 20 Australian Beaches in February 2022. Dolphin pods close to the shore line. Jetty has ramps & parking for launching Boats Trailers/Vehicles. Explore the Rocks near Jetty & Point Marsden, some dated to Lower Cambrian era, located at end of 4 km white sandy beach.
The Night Sky, it is easy to see the Milky Way & other constellations.
Fairy Penguins at dusk along the shoreline. Pelicans gather around Emu Bay Jetty. Black yellow tail Cockatoos roost in the Tall trees near Aria as well as Bush owls. Wrens, Corellas, parakeets. A mobile Cafe is at Emu Bay Beach. Easy walks.
Safe beach for swimming. Jet skis allowed in deeper water.
