Ayurveda Sound Healing Rituals at Flow and Food are harmonious, intentional seasonal sound-healing sessions, aligned with nature’s cycles for mind-body tuning. Ayurveda defines six seasons (Ritus) — each associated with different Ayurveda dosha tendencies, environmental qualities and energetic needs.

Each ritual coincides with a Ritus and its new moon as a natural ‘reset’ to align with your natural rhythm, inviting intention-setting, inner reflection, and renewal. Ayurveda sound healings at Flow and food are themed around the seasons to support seasonal change.

Varsha (February): Cool your inner flame
Sharad (April): Shed, surrender, create
Hemant (June): Sink into stillness
Shishir (August): Awaken, flow, renew
Vasant (October): Create flow, inside out
Greeshma (December): Soothe your fire within

Ayurveda Sound Healing Rituals support grounding, recalibration and relaxation. Expect deep rest as you journey through effortless meditation techniques, the resonance of seven-chakra Tibetan singing bowls, the application of beeji mantras and gentle breathing. Be guided to simply be in the present moment and cultivate lunar energy to gently adapt through Ayurveda’s dosha-seasonal shift.

No experience necessary, everybody is welcome!
