‘Naval Sea Power in Miniature’ showcases the art of model shipbuilding, bringing the rich history of these vessels to life. Featuring 172 intricately crafted model ships, the exhibition invites you to journey through centuries of maritime and military heritage.
Take a close-up look at the intricate detail in miniature models of HMAS ‘Voyager’ and HMAS ‘Geranium’, and marvel at the centrepiece of this unique exhibition: two of the most famous British warships, HMS ‘Hood’ and HMS ‘Ark Royal’. Explore videos and digital content as you uncover the lives of the ships and their crews, from daring voyages and heroic feats, to moments of tragedy and devastating loss.
