Serving what many consider to be Sydney’s best burgers, Bar Luca is known for its unique combinations and quirky naming conventions. The most famous is the Blame Canada burger, with a beef patty, American cheese, maple glazed streaky bacon, maple aioli and poutine (fries topped in gravy and cheese curds). Others on the menu include the Magic Mushroom, Mr T-Ruffle and Mac Daddy, plus a range of snacks like fried corn ribs, sriracha and maple fried cauliflower bites, and classic chicken wings.
Bar Luca is always busy and buzzy (expect a line out front) and you can pair your burger with elaborate cocktails, boozy milkshakes, craft beer and natural wines.
