Barley Stacks Wines is a family run business. From an in-depth one-on-one wine tasting journey, to a quiet place to sit and eat lunch while your children enjoy a free hot chocolate/ice block and play in the ‘Kids Corner’, this relaxed family friendly Cellar Door caters for everyone.
This rustic Cellar Door is situated in the middle of the Yorke Peninsula and was the first commercial Vineyard and Winery established on the traditional barley belt of Australia. Walking into the Cellar Door you are met with oak wine barrels, corrugated iron and a friendly atmosphere.
The wines are made from grapes grown on property, picked, processed and packaged all on site making these wines unique to the Yorke Peninsula. The unique climate and soil conditions make these wines stand out from the crowd and give the ability to make wines unlike any in Australia. With Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay and Viognier, Barley Stacks Wines has something for everyone.
The Cellar Door is open daily from 10am to 5pm (excluding Good Friday and Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day).
