Founded in 2016 and located in the Barossa Valley, Australia – Barossa Distilling Co is an award-winning Australian distillery creating incredible spirits driven by great flavour and inspired by discovery.

Visit The Distillery, their Distillery Door Tasting Room and Cocktail Bar, housed in the Old Penfolds Distillery at the Provenance Barossa site in Nuriootpa.
A location steeped in a rich history of Distillation and home to some of the oldest commercial stills in Australia, including a Coffey Still of which there are only three in the world.

The Distillery is a celebration of all things spirits, so naturally, they spend a lot of time and effort creating some of the finest cocktails in the Barossa. They offer tasting paddles of gins and cocktails, and if spirits aren’t your thing, you’ll also find local Barossa wines and beers from smaller producers. All available for you to enjoy in the historic bar or in their botanical garden seating area outside.

Barossa Distilling Co offers food all day Friday – Sunday from our neighbours, Ember Pizza, to enjoy in The Distillery.
