The Collector's Tasting
For fans of Torbreck and fine Barossa Shiraz, the Collector’s Room Tasting is the ultimate opportunity to experience Torbreck’s premium wines.
Book a private seated tasting in our Clan Room and enjoy a curated selection of premium current and wines, including The Struie, The Factor and RunRig.

Torbreck Discovery Tasting
Shout yourself a day in the Barossa with a visit to Torbreck’s contemporary cellar door.
Groups of up to 6 people are welcome to make a reservation at the tasting room bar. Bookings available 7 days a week, from 10am to 4pm.
The Torbreck Immersion
A full-day experience offering a deeper connection to Torbreck’s vineyards, wines, and the people behind them.
The Torbreck Immersion invites guests to explore Torbreck in a more intimate and detailed way. With behind-the-scenes tours and tastings at both Torbreck’s Hillside Vineyard and Descendant Vineyard Winery, this is a relaxed yet in-depth journey to the philosophy that defines Torbreck.
Barossa Origins
Get up close with some of the region’s oldest vines at Torbreck’s Hillside Vineyard, as they share the stories behind them: how they came to be, why they matter, and what it takes to keep them thriving today.
Hosted at the Hillside vineyard, this small-group experience invites you to explore the treasures of this historic estate – the 1850’s old-vine Shiraz vineyards, and the heritage listed Springbett’s Winery.
Complete your tour with a hosted tasting of selected wines from the estate, including RunRig.
Limited to just 14 guests , the experience offers rare access to Torbreck’s oldest vines, and a perspective on Barossa history that most visitors never see.
