You will start out in the heart of the Barossa Valley at Soul Grower’s, where you will enjoy an exclusive barrel tasting.
Barrel Tasting is a fascinating experience in the world of wine.
You will learn how the barrels are important to the structure of the wine you are tasting, a young barrel will have a very different taste to an older barrel.
Degustation- the careful and appreciative tastings of various food and wines at Z wines.
Wine will accompany each course of beautifully presented food, enhancing your overall experience. As you taste pay attention to flavours, aromas and how they interact.
The cellar door staff will guide you through each wine’s characteristics origin and winemaking techniques.
Hentley Farm is situated on the banks of Greenock Creek, surrounded by rolling hills in the west of the Barossa.
They craft wines that perfectly balance the vibrancy of fruit, the elegance of soft velvety tannins and the flavour richness distinctive of the exceptional site.
