Bathurst Grange produces quality Australian Gin and Australian Whisky on their state heritage farm established in 1823. Their ethos is around sustainable artisan practises and agri-tourism integration of their farm and distillery.

Their whisky and gin were awarded 2023 a double gold at the World Spirits Competition, the highest accolade at the most prestigious competition. Visitors are welcome to come to the distillery to taste their spirits and other food and drink sourced on their farm and locally around the Central West
