Absolute beach front. There are only a few properties that are private, exclusive and have direct access to Merimbula’s main surf beach. Even fewer also boast incredible ocean views, an outdoor entertaining deck to die for, a heated private swimming pool, a fully fenced yard which means you can bring your canine with you.
