The renowned Silver Sands beach is very close by, just a 2-minute walk, and the lagoon which attracts plenty of birdlife, especially in Winter and Spring, are just over the back fence. If you enjoy nature why not stroll through the Aldinga Scrub Conservation Park with resident kangaroos, echidnas and birdlife. This is a comfortable retreat all year round, open the sliding doors on either end of the open plan living area to let the sea breezes cool you naturally. There are ceiling fans throughout the home or use the air conditioning to keep you cool. If you are visiting in the cooler months the gas fireplace and comfy couch in the main living area is a cosy place to cuddle up and enjoy a book. The kitchen overlooks the living and dining areas and is very well-equipped, including gas cook top, microwave, oven and dishwasher.
