A Whispering Wall and it’s remarkable acoustics will have you buzzing all day. The concrete curve allows the sound to bounce. Your magical whispers at one end of the wall can be heard clearly 150-metres away.
Taking the Barossa to a whole new level, your introductory helicopter flight heads over scenic vineyards, the famous Jacob’s Creek and the Whispering Wall.
Walk through Hermann Thumm’s private collection of 250,000 bottles of wine at Chateau Yaldara, with a private tasting area for exclusive VIP treatment.
Langmeil Winery is home to the Freedom Shiraz, planted in 1843. Original plantings survive to this day and are some of the oldest and rarest Shiraz vines in the world. Enjoy wine tasting in the old horse stables.
Indulge in the land of long lunch culture. Showcasing generous, honest and flavoursome food designed around the seasons and the abundant choice in Barossa quality.
Wander Maggie Beer’s Farm Shop where her story began. This is the only place in Australia where you have the chance to see and try almost every Maggie Beer product. Take a look through the fondly named ‘studio’ where Maggie and Simon filmed The Cook and the Chef. This place is a taste sensation!
