Hervé’s is an elevated yet relaxed dining destination that showcases exceptional Queensland produce through a modern French and Basque-inspired menu. With every dish prepared entirely in-house, the restaurant reflects a strong commitment to quality, craftsmanship, and thoughtful hospitality.
Tucked away on the upper level of the Craft’d Grounds precinct in Albion, Hervé’s offers a secluded escape from the street. Its interior – featuring timber finishes, terrazzo, soft lighting, and layered textures – creates a warm, intimate atmosphere that feels both refined and welcoming. This balance of design and comfort has established Hervé’s as a standout, community-focused venue in Brisbane’s inner north.
In response to growing demand for premium event spaces that deliver restaurant-quality food, Hervé’s has expanded to include a collection of private dining rooms and versatile event areas. From intimate gatherings to larger celebrations, every event is supported by the same culinary standards as the main restaurant. There is no external catering or set function fare-each menu is crafted in-house, ensuring a seamless extension of the dining experience.
Whether hosting corporate events, weddings, or milestone celebrations, Hervé’s combines elegant spaces, attentive service, and exceptional cuisine.
