BIG4 Karuah Jetty Holiday Park is the ideal place for your camping, caravan and cabin accommodation in the Port Stephens area. Enjoy the combination of a bushland setting and waterfront location at the mouth of the Karuah River as it enters Port Stephens.
The park is just a short 2.5 hour drive from Sydney and just 40 minutes from Newcastle.
BIG4 Karuah Jetty boasts a 250 metre long private jetty that takes you out for a walk on the bay, and great facilities including a resort pool with water play area for the kids, jumping pillow, kids playground, games room, internet cafe, camp kitchen, barbecues and spotlessly clean amenities with laundry.
At BIG4 Karuah Jetty you get the best of both worlds; quiet bushland setting right on the water, yet you’re only a short 600 metre stroll to local attractions including shopping centre, restaurants, RSL Club, bowls, tennis and golf course.

Family Bungalow
The modern three bedroom Family Bungalow offers tons of space for a larger family or two families holidaying together. It features spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area that opens out onto a beautiful outdoor deck with views over the campground. Located close to all recreational facilities and room to park two cars.
The main bedroom features a king bed with private ensuite, the second bedroom also has a king sized bed and there are two sets of bunks in the third bedroom with all linen provided. In addition there is a fold-out double sofa in the living area, meaning that this Family Bungalow can sleep up to 10 people!
The generous gourmet kitchen includes a full-size fridge, dishwasher, gas cook top, oven, microwave and coffee machine and you can enjoy a family meal at the large dining table. The spacious lounge has two large sofas with flat screen television as well as a fully furnished deck and car parking alongside.
Deluxe Villa
These spacious two bedroom villas have been recently renovated and have a queen bed in the main bedroom with two singles in the second bedroom with all linen provided. They offer a bathroom with shower and hairdryer, self-contained kitchen with oven and full size fridge with freezer, dining table and lounge, television, air-conditioning, and furnished deck with parking alongside.
Family Villa
These modern and well appointed luxury two bedroom villas have a queen bed in the main bedroom and two sets of single bunks in the second bedroom with all linen provided. These spacious well grassed or concrete slab sites offer power, water, and sullage with some drive thru sites available.
Drive Through Caravan Sites
A selection of grassed drive through sites are located either side of the amenities block and guest laundry facilities. Most sites are seven to eight metres wide by fifteen to twenty metres long, perfect for the overnight stopover.
Unpowered Camp Site
These unpowered well grassed sites are perfect for tents and camper trailers with access to water and camp kitchen facilities.
