Bills Boat and Hike Hire offer a range of BBQ Pontoon Boats and smaller boats. No boat licence required, it is simply hire and drive, all training and support is given to ensure you have a safe time. With a range of double and single kayaks, stand up paddle boards.
Relax and enjoy the waters of the Pumicestone Passage and wonders of North Bribie Island National Park. Access to the isolated northern end of Bribie Island is only via boat or kayak.
All the hard work is done, simply arrive with your picnic basket or snags for the Bbq, your boat with comfortable seating is on the beach and ready for hire.
You will be shown operation of the vessel and special locations to visit. By the time you depart, you will feel confident and ready to explore, it is that easy!
If hiring a kayak or stand up paddle board, a brief lesson is freely given.

7 Seater Pontoon Boat
A great fishing boat and you can easily move around casting and baiting your line. This vessel has comfortable seating and only half a roof, to make it easy to cast your line. A fantastic vessel for first timers wanting to teach the kids how to fish and having the stability to move around freely on the boat when you are anchored.
Seats 7 people with all safety gear and fuel included.
8 Seater Half Cabin Cruiser
If you are after a “traditional” type of boat, then this little vessel is for you. Seating up to 8 people you can set out and explore all this magnificent waterway has to offer. This boat is especially great for a few adults with the smaller children tucked into the front of the boat – it is a bit like a “cubby house” and gives them security in the smaller space.
4 Person Tinnie Boat
A great little boat to explore the Passage. It is a tiller steer operated boat – so some experience may be required, depending on how fast a learner you are. Seating up to 4 people it is the smallest boat in the fleet.
Double Kayak – holds 2 adults and one small child
Kayak to your own rhythm in the magnificent Pumicestone Passage, explore the varied locations and view the marine life in the clear waters. It is a unique and amazing waterway and when you hire your kayak – the world is your oyster. Visit Bribie Island National Park in under 10 minutes.
Single Kayak
Need to spend some quiet time just exploring the beautiful Pumicestone Passage – taking time out for you. The single kayak is both comfortable and easy to navigate.
Stand Up Paddle Board
Even beginners can try first hand at just how easy it is to Stand Up Paddle Board in the clear, blue waters of the Pumicestone Passage. All safety equipment and advice is given on the day.
