Bindi continues to be shaped by Michael Dhillon, a winemaker of rare conviction. His Chardonnay and Pinot Noir are, quite simply, among the finest being made in this country. This year, Michael will guide guests through a hand-selected range of Bindi labels drawn from the estate cellar, favourites alongside bottles that rarely make a public appearance. It is an intimate and generous act, and one only possible through the depth of our long-standing friendship with the Dhillon family.
