Bottarga by Da Biuso restaurant is a family owned and operated modern Italian restaurant that focuses on providing an excellent dining experience from friendly professional service to exquisite food and wine selections.
Both chefs hold Chefs Hats and the manager/sommelier Sarah has been awarded a winelist of the year award due to her dedication and passion in providing a perfectly curated wine to match the fine cuisine served by the chefs.
The restaurant is an elegantly fitted out venue with an outdoor terrace, large bar and many different spaces suitable for small to large groups.
