Brightstar Brewing is an independently owned, European inspired brewery and tap-house located in a historic building, just outside the Adelaide CBD in Thebarton.

Using traditional European brewing techniques, they produce a wide-range of balanced beers each as delicious as the next – so it’s easy to find your perfect tipple.
