Broken View Estate is a 50-acre property, featuring its own vineyard and saltwater pool, located in an exclusive enclave of Pokolbin wine country, only minutes from the Hunter Valley’s award-winning restaurants and wineries.
Relax and unwind in one of five spacious one-bedroom villas designed especially for couples.
Each villa features a king-sized bed and a two-person spa bath in the bedroom, a separate bathroom with underfloor heating. The living area has an open log fire (during Winter months), a separate lounge a dining area and well well-equipped kitchen. All villas contain fully ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning and outdoor settings, Foxtel and Bluetooth-compatible stereo.
A welcome selection of breakfast provisions and a bottle of local wine are included in your Hunter Escape package.

Estate Villa
Located in a prestigious and very picturesque enclave of Pokolbin, Broken View Estate enjoys tranquil views of the Broken Back Ranges.
The four-star villas combine luxury, privacy and romance for couples to enjoy the perfect ‘Hunter Escape.’
The villas are very spacious and well-appointed. Each bedroom features a king-size bed and two two-person spas overlooking the countryside and their extensive dam with its abundant birdlife. The modern bathroom is separate.
The villa’s kitchen is fully equipped, and in addition to a barbecue, will cater for the most serious gastronomes.
The lounge and dining area has a log fire – so gorgeous for those chilly winter nights, and outdoor furniture to enjoy a morning brunch, or early evening drinks watching the sunset over the mountains.
Each villa is fully air-conditioned with Foxtel and MP3 player for your entertainment.
Wander through the vineyard – maybe enjoy a bottle of their own boutique wine with a picnic amongst the vines.
