The main bedroom has a queen bed; the second bedroom has a king bed which can be converted into two singles; and the third bedroom/office has a double sofa bed. There are another three sofabeds, all with comfy mattress toppers – in the living rooms. It is the perfect spot for families wanting to share a place.

Serve memorable meals in the spacious family room at the large dining table which seats up to twelve. Or enjoy social drinks and meals outside on comfortable outdoor furniture. Spend cold winter evenings around the cozy fire pit.

Two split-system air-conditioners and fans in every room make the house pleasant at any time of year.

The half-acre block provides space for children to play, and adults to relax, a carport, ample off-street parking and a small shed to house bicycles.
