This house is truly a hidden gem, located across from Smiths Lake and surrounded by lush greenery. The interior is beautifully designed, with bright and airy spaces, updated bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. The location is perfect for beach lovers, with Cellito and Seal Rocks just a short distance away.
The property consists of two Pavilions connected by a walkway over a creek, making it an ideal space for large groups. The main Pavilion is an open-concept design, with a living room, dining area, kitchen, and en-suite bedrooms on either end. Both Pavilions have access to north-facing decks complete with a pizza oven and barbeque, making it an ideal spot for outdoor entertaining.
Recently added is a wood-fired pizza oven to make your stay even better! The second Pavilion has two large bedrooms and a shared bathroom, with each bedroom having its own entrance from the walkway. All four bedrooms are generously sized and feature comfortable seating, coffee tables, and an array of books for you to enjoy.
The entire house is equipped with ceiling fans and louvre windows, ensuring that you stay cool and comfortable throughout your stay. In the winter months, there is a highly efficient combustion stove that heats the entire house in just 20 minutes. Plenty of firewood is provided for your use.
