Buxton Manor, part of the North Adelaide Heritage Group is a glorious, romantic, vintage mansion built in 1908.
It’s surrounded by half an acre of manicured gardens and houses a collection of Australian antiques and memorabilia.
Enjoy open fires, polished spruce floors, decorative fireplaces, marbleised ceilings, rag rolled faux paint finishes, ornate ceiling roses, gilt mirrors, sumptuous antique beds and ducted air conditioning. It lies in the heart of the exclusive historic area of North Adelaide, part of the city of Adelaide. One of the fathers of the Australian constitution Sir Josiah Symons lived in the manor during the winter months tended by his butler, chauffeur, cook and maids.
Located on the Adelaide City free bus route, that loops the city centre, Adelaide Oval, Adelaide Zoo and many of the city highlights.
North Adelaide Heritage Group is a Fodor’s Choice recipient for the last 14 years.

Vintage 2 bedroom spacious apartment with a king and a queen and single bed, large butlers sitting room and kitchen, central hallway, very large bathroom with a cast iron bath/shower, cellar and sun area with free off street parking, Wifi, ducted heating and cooling.
