BX | Bathurst Experience – Harvest After Dark will be launched at Rockley Pub with Matt Moran. The following night, we invite visitors and locals to experience Bathurst in its most vibrant season, where the warmth of harvest, community and creativity comes alive after sunset. Set within the Bathurst Showground, this immersive autumn event brings together the region’s people, produce and stories in a welcoming, festival atmosphere.

Wander through the Harvest Markets Pavilion, where the scent of fresh produce, local delicacies and artisan goods fills the air. Meet the growers, makers and creators behind the region’s finest offerings, and discover flavours that tell the story of the Central Ranges.

Settle in for the Harvest Feast Pavilion, a memorable long-table dining experience led by Matt Moran and local chefs, where seasonal dishes are shared, stories are exchanged and connections are made. In the Producers and Masterclasses Pavilion, visitors can engage more deeply, tasting, learning and connecting with the people who bring the region’s food and craft to life.

As the evening unfolds, a Welcome to Country by Wiradyuri Elders grounds the experience in place, inviting visitors to reflect on the land, its history and its enduring spirit.

Harvest After Dark is a place to gather, to taste, to connect and to celebrate. It leaves visitors with lasting memories of Bathurst’s generosity, creativity and sense of belonging.
