The annual Canberra and Region Heritage Festival is back in 2026.
The theme ‘Mid-Century – innovation, change and optimism’ will discover the visionary planning and mid-century heritage that helped define the architectural, cultural and social transformations that shaped Canberra as the national capital.
While the theme provides a focus on mid-century heritage, the festival will showcase a range of events related to the cultural, natural and historic heritage of the Canberra region.
