The Chairman & Yip is an iconic Canberra institution, operating for 30 years and one of the capital’s most highly regarded restaurants. Centrally located in the Hotel Realm precinct in Barton, serving modern Pan-Asian cuisine in spacious and elegant surrounds, with private dining rooms and a fully enclosed balcony garden.
