According to Nancy Kinchela, executive chef of Emirates Wolgan Valley Resort the Carrington Cellars and Deli is the best deli experience in the Blue Mountains. With a large range of locally produced wines, spirits, craft beers and deli produce, you can take a taste of the Mountains home with you.
