Welcome to Catalina Bay, a spectacular five bedroom waterfront retreat set high on the shores of Fishing Point in Lake Macquarie. This expansive property spans three levels, offering breathtaking views of the lake and luxurious accommodation for up to 12 guests.
The main house features three spacious bedrooms, while two self-contained studios each come with their own bathrooms. The main bedroom boasts an ensuite and breathtaking lake views.
With four bathrooms, a modern kitchen, and open-plan living areas, this home is perfect for multiple families or larger groups seeking a luxurious getaway.
The property sits high above the lake, with stairs leading down to the water level where you’ll find a boathouse equipped with kayaks and life vests (use at your own risk), a kitchenette, and seating that overlooks the private jetty. Enjoy swimming and fishing right off the jetty.
Catalina Bay is fully equipped with quality cotton linen, soaps, towels, and all the essential cleaning and cooking basics.
