Cheynes Beach Caravan Park is only a short walk from the stunning beach! Set amidst 15 acres, the park offers spacious camping sites for caravans and tents including large group sites and three styles of accommodation including cabins and chalets.
Facilities are well maintained with modern amenities, free gas barbecues, camper’s kitchens, playgrounds and a well-stocked onsite shop.
Takeaway is available seven days a week, with fantastic Fish and Chips and tasty homemade burgers. Friendly staff offer helpful tourist advice on the area and the surrounding region.
Cheynes Beach is a protected cove situated only 68 kilometres east of Albany, with accessible beaches stretching for kilometres with aqua-blue waters and sparkling white sands.
There are a variety of activities from excellent fishing, boating, water sports and bushwalking. Stand Up Paddle Board hire is available from the office.
Experience amazing land-based whale watching in winter and spring.! Cheynes is home to rare endangered birds, wildflowers and native fauna. The area is surrounded by Waychinicup National Park which contains a beautiful inlet and unique rock formations.
Cheynes Beach Caravan Park is a five-hour drive south of Perth and has some excellent day trips you can take whilst staying at Cheynes Beach.

Powered and unpowered sites available in grassed and shaded areas with well-equipped campers kitchen.
Cabins
All cabins are fitted with a stove and a fridge and have basic kitchen items including pots and pans and cutlery and crockery. There is a strict ‘No Dog Policy’ in all cabins. All cabins have a small veranda with basic outdoor furniture provided.
