The second storey is the heart of the home. The open plan design ensures everyone’s together no matter whether you’re dining or relaxing. The living room is just the place to curl up on the sofa for a movie night with comfy seating and a large Smart TV.

For the days not spent at the beach, there are plenty of books & board games to keep you busy. But when the sun is shining there’s no doubt about it; the sweeping deck is the spot to be. Perched up high, you’ll be overlooking the John Nicholl Reserve, which is home to many native birds and features a BMX track & playground.

Downstairs, there is a second living area with another TV, which means there will be no arguments over the remote. The second and third bedrooms are also downstairs; each serviced by the full bathroom on this level.
