Not only are there expansive and peaceful views of the surrounding Upper King Valley and Victoria’s High Country, there’s also plenty to experience when visiting their award-winning cellar door, restaurant and larder.
Upon arrival, visitors are personally greeted and seated in the contemporary restaurant, boasting floor-to-ceiling windows framing the surrounding Black Ranges and their prized vineyards below.
Dining can be an individual or shared experience from a menu that draws inspiration from their combined northern Italy and Sicilian heritage.
It’s not just the restaurant where you’ll be spoilt for choice – the adjoining Cellar Door is abundant with classic and emerging wine varietals to try. Prosecco, Pinot Grigio, Riesling, Fiano, Chardonnay, Aglianico, Pinot Noir, Sangiovese, Barbera, Shiraz and more are crafted by winemaker Warren Proft from their cool climate Whitfield and Cheshunt vine estates.
Their renowned hospitality also extends to accommodation in the King Valley with the deluxe Retreat Studios at Chrismont, the 137 Stay at Chrismont homestead, and their original Guest House.
