Christmas Tree Cottage is a farm stay situated on a working Christmas tree farm. The farm is just 15 minutes from Canberra and 2.4 kilometres off the Federal Highway.
Christmas Tree Cottage is next to a dozen boutique NSW vineyards. Most of Canberra’s tourist attractions are within a 30-minute drive.
The self-contained cottage has two family suites with access to a shared kitchen and television room. Each family suite has two rooms (suitable only for one couple and two singles) and a bathroom opening into a private hallway within the suite. Each suite has its own television, front entrance and sleeps one couple and two singles.
Please note that Smoking and Pets are not permitted anywhere on the property.

Family Suite
The family suite comprises of a Master Room and a Twin Room.
The master bedroom has access to the main terrace and the view on the garden. The room has it own flat TV screen and reverse cycle air conditioning.
The Twin Room is connecting and is available as required for the extra person(s) in your family or group. This room consists of two single beds. It has its own reverse cycle air conditioning.
The Family Suite has a bathroom, main bedroom and 2 single beds in the Twin room, all opening into a private hallway within the suite.
You can book one or both of the two suites and you will be the only booking in the cottage for the night. You will have the exclusive use of the kitchen and TV room.
Two nights minimum stay. The suite accommodates a maximum of 4 persons: a couple and 2 single persons.
Actively welcomes people with access needs.
Physical – Mobility
Caters for people with sufficient mobility to climb a few steps but who would benefit from fixtures to aid balance. (This includes people using walking frames and mobility aids)
