Clark Bay Cottages are situated on the Wagonga Inlet, five kilometres from Narooma. They offer four self-contained cottages with beautiful views and bellbirds singing all day. It was purpose-built for people with disabilities so there are no access issues to any of the cottages or the recreation hall.
Each cottage has been designed to provide as much living space as possible, the two bedrooms in Cottages One to Three are spacious with a choice of double en-suites or a single large bathroom. The kitchens are fully equipped for six people, with induction cooktops.
Cottage Four has four bedrooms with six single beds. It has two bathrooms plus an additional toilet with a sink. Cottage Four caters for six people and has a traditional cooktop and oven.
All cottages have a fridge, microwave, reverse cycle air-conditioning, internal laundry, television with DVD, video and barbecue on their veranda.
Clark Bay Cottages also has an accessible recreation hall with a table tennis table.

Cottage One
This cottage has two bedrooms sleeping up to six people. There is an en-suite bathroom to each bedroom featuring a hobless shower, one quarter turn taps, with fixed and handheld showerheads. This cottage also has a ceiling hoist in one of the bedrooms. Both bedrooms have access to a back balcony.
The spacious living room has direct access to the balcony with the barbecue and overlooks a beautiful pond. The remote-controlled reverse cycle air-conditioning provides extra comfort if the sea breeze is not sufficient. There is a fully equipped self-catering kitchen with a microwave, induction cooker and a laundry facility (front loader and dryer). Features also include television, video, CD, and radio. The main entrance and inside doors are wide enough to be wheelchair friendly.
The cottage has been specifically built for disability accessibility, and there are no steps! Ramps have a gentle slope of one in 20.
Cottage Two

Cottage Four
Cottage Four has four bedrooms sleeping up to six people in four bedrooms. One bedroom has direct access to the front balcony while two of the other bedrooms have access to a deck at the back. There are two bathrooms (one accessible) and an additional toilet and sink in this cottage.
The self catering kitchen includes a traditional cook top with an oven, a fridge and a microwave. The spacious living room has direct access to the balcony with a barbecue and overlooks the beautiful waters of the inlet and the forest next door. If the sea breeze is not cooling you down enough the remote controlled reverse cycle air-conditioning in the living room might provide you with further comfort. The cottage has a television, a DVD and CD player and a radio. There is also a top loader washing machine with the clothesline next to the cottage.
