In partnership with National Parks and Wildlife Services, new life has been breathed into The Conservation Hut at Wentworth Falls, which has been a rest stop for hikers since the 1960s.
The café serves all-day Australian breakfast and lunch classics, and cocktails with uninterrupted views of Jamison Valley.
