Day 1: Cairns to Cooktown

Depart Cairns early for Black Mountain, about a 1-hour drive from Cairns.

Ride to Mossman, Daintree and Bloomfield track and Wujal Wujal Falls.

Continue on the Bloomfield Track towards Wujal Wujal Falls. Allow time for some off-road riding and to reach the falls and admire the Daintree Rainforest, the oldest rainforest on earth.

Continue onto the famous Lions Den Hotel for lunch.

Ride to Cooktown (approx. 1.5 hours). This leg of the journey is scenic and easier compared to the off-road section. Overnight in Cooktown.

Day 2: Explore Cooktown.
Visit local attractions such as Grassy Hill for panoramic views or the Cooktown History Centre (approx. 1-2 hours).

Depart Cooktown and head towards Palmer River (approx. 2 hours).
Lunch: Palmer River before heading to Maytown the historic gold mining town and iconic place for Cape York travellers

Ride back to Cairns via Mt Carbine.
From Maytown, head to Mt Carbine and back along the coast road back to Cairns. Enjoy the coastal views along the way.

Complete your journey back to Cairns. Arrive in the late afternoon and enjoy a cold beer back at HQ.
